This Project started by Wyatt Bowman and supported by thousands of us that Love Our Small Town of Atwater. The details of Project Atwater and the plans for the betterment of our town is a vision that we all share. Our home town deserves the attention and respect of not only our politicians but the rest of the country as we all believe that Atwater is the best example of what Small Town America represents. We have a lot of room for improvement but that is why “Project Atwater” has been born. We are going to Make Atwater Beautiful Again!
